I helped my close cousin buy his first proper wristwatch, a used Rolex 16610 Submariner  at the start of this summer. Was a nice moment.

A colleague of mine, a true brit that lives in Sweden once bought a Rolex 16610 Submariner back in the early 00’s. When I asked him why he chose the 16610, he simply said he knew virtually nothing about watches and just wanted the same watch James Bond wore in the movies. In other words; He’s just a cool guy. After that, we became great watch-buddies and now discuss watches on a daily basis.
